Policy:

 

The Global Cartz Co ships Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on Sundays and on public holidays in India. Our shipping cut-off time is 3pm IST. Orders placed after 3pm IST will be processed the next business day. Our shipping partners are FedEx and Delhivery. You will always receive an email / text message with the shipping number which will help you track your order. Our coverage areas are limited to the areas covered by our channel partner. It usually takes 5-7 days for delivery of your order. For  Delhi NCR, it is usually within 48 working hours. Deliveries are usually made between Monday to Saturday. Shipping charges of Rs.100 for all COD orders under Rs.700 is applicable. Minimum order value is Rs.300 

 

Above shipping policy is for all orders shipped within India. 

 

Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy:

 

We hope you love our teas as much we do, but if you aren’t thrilled with your purchase we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

 

Cancellations:

 

The cancellation will only be initiated if we receive a request on email from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.

 

*Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders.

 

 

Returns (If Applicable)

 

Our policy lasts 7 days. Beyond 7 days of your order, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

 

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

 

In the off chance that you have received a product that is different than what you had ordered, you need to notify us by email with the same within 24 hours. So that we can process your application for returns. (To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.)

If the product is damaged then you can email us directly regarding the same within 24 hours. (Please attach some photo proof so it is easier for us to process the application for return)

Refunds (If Applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 

If you’ve done all of this and it has been more than 15 days and you have still not received your refund yet, please contact us at operations@thelittlefarm.co.in

 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not replace the product on the basis of taste as taste is subjective.
